Brief Job Description

The Professional-in-Training (PIT) programme provides graduates with the opportunity to gain hands-on consulting and professional services experience within a fast-paced innovation and strategy environment.

Graduates will support client projects, internal initiatives, and operational activities while developing technical, analytical, creative, and consulting capabilities. The role is suited for highly motivated individuals who are curious, adaptable, collaborative, and eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities

Client and Project Support

  • Support the preparation of presentations, reports, research, and client deliverables
  • Assist with project coordination, scheduling, trackers, and administrative activities
  • Participate in workshops, brainstorming sessions, and client engagements
  • Conduct research, analysis, and documentation as required
  • Support implementation and execution of client and internal initiatives

Team Collaboration and Operations

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across strategy, design, marketing, and operations
  • Attend team meetings, planning sessions, and learning activities
  • Contribute ideas and recommendations to improve deliverables and processes
  • Support coordination of events, campaigns, workshops, and stakeholder engagements

Learning and Development

  • Develop proficiency in COOi tools, templates, and methodologies
  • Build technical, consulting, communication, and project management skills
  • Proactively seek feedback and apply learnings to future assignments

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant field
  • 0–1 years’ experience
  • Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and exposure to digital collaboration tools
  • Drivers licence preferable
