Duties & Responsibilities
Participate in structured theoretical and practical driver training
Operate heavy‑duty vehicles under supervision
Conduct vehicle inspections and report defects
Ensure compliance with road safety legislation and company policies
Maintain accurate logbooks and trip documentation
Desired Experience & Qualification
Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent
Valid Code 14 Learner’s Licence (EC)
Medically fit to undergo driver training
Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts
Strong commitment to completing the learnership programme
