Introduction
Maxlaw Credit Legal is the leading Credit Legal company in South Africa, with 6 branches nationwide located in Gauteng, Western Cape and KwaZulu Natal.
We have a large staff of call centre sales agents which is always expanding as the business grows.
Each new agent is provided with training upon appointment.
On-site only, no door to door sales or remote work.
All leads are provided by management.
Duties & Responsibilities
Manage outgoing calls to prospective clients.
Pitch products and services to new clients.
Advise clients on the results of services rendered and upsell based on those results.
Manage the initial post-sale customer service process before handing over to the admin team.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Prior experience in call centres is preferred, but we do provide training to new agents, so prior exparience is not a requirement.
Package & Remuneration
We offer a basic salary of R3500 per month for new agents, plus commission on each sale made.
