LEARNERSHIP OPPORTUNITY: WHOLESALE & RETAIL SECTOR

Stipend: R3 500 per month
Duration: 12 Months
Location: Centurion/Montana

Metro Learning Academy invites suitably qualified and motivated individuals to apply for a Wholesale and Retail Learnership Programme. This programme provides structured theoretical training combined with practical workplace experience.

Programme Benefits:

Monthly stipend of R3 500
Accredited training through a registered training provider
Practical exposure within the wholesale and retail environment
Opportunity to gain industry-relevant skills and experience

Minimum Requirements:

South African citizen aged 18–29
Grade 11 or Grade 12 (Matric certificate advantageous)
Currently unemployed and not registered for any other studies
Able to commit to a full-time 12-month learnership
No previous learnership in the Wholesale and Retail sector

Competencies Sought:

Good communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn and work in a retail environment
Professional conduct and a positive work ethic
Customer-service orientation
