Main Purpose of the Job:

MWEB (Pty) Ltd currently has vacancies for Sales Call Centre Agent on Commission only (FTC) who, reporting to the Sales Team Manager, will be responsible for acquiring new customers through the Inbound and Outbound Sales Call Centre and up-selling existing customers to a variety of MWEB (Pty) Ltd core products.

Job Output:

Present, promote and sell products/services
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
Continuously improve through feedback

Requirements

Matric Grade 12
Clear criminal record
2-year sales experience (mandatory)
Basic computer literacy
ISP experience advantageous
Proven Inbound and or Outbound and cold calling sales track record essential
Ability to close a Sale.
Targeting, Tracking and Measuring
Manage Sales process through strong pipelining skills.
