Call Center Agent

Introduction

We are looking for a Call Centre Sales Agents that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. The successful candidate must be able to work under pressure, be sales driven, good work ethic and will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints and inquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behaviour.

Duties & Responsibilities

.Handle inbound and outbound calls like a pro- quick,efficient and always on point

· Follow dynamic communication scripts while adding your personal magic

· Understand customer needs,provide tailored solution ,and close those deals

· Upsell like a boss when opportunities knock.

· Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile

· Keep records of all conversations in our call centre database in a comprehensible way

· Keep accurate records of all interactions in our advanced CRM system.

· Meet personal / team qualitative and quantitative targets

Package & Remuneration
Basic salary R5.036.00 – R25 000 Per Month
