Duties & Responsibilities
* Aswer incoming calls promptly and professionally
* Make outbound calls to clients where required
* Handle customer queries, complaints, and requests efficiently
* Capture and update customer information accurately
* Provide product/service information to customers
* Follow up on customer interactions
* Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
* Meet monthly performance targets
Desired Experience & Qualification
* Grade 12
* Previous call centre orĀ customer service experience (advantage)
* Excelent communication skills
* Good computer literacy
* Strong problem solving abilities
* Ability to work under pressure
* Professional and friendly telephone manner
* Team player
* Attention to detail
