For this position, don't make your CV only about customer service or sales. The role has a strong administration and stock-control component, so your CV should clearly show experience with store administration, stock movement, reporting, cash or transactional processes and record keeping where applicable.

If you've previously worked with POS systems, stock takes, spreadsheets, store reports or administrative procedures, make those skills easy to find on your CV. Also highlight your ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail. These are particularly relevant to a role that combines administration with daily retail operations.
