Vacancy Portal's Application Tip
For a Branch Manager position, your CV should demonstrate leadership and measurable business performance, not simply list your previous financial services roles.
Highlight the size or type of teams you have managed, your experience with sales targets, customer growth, service delivery and branch operations. If you have improved sales performance, customer retention, service processes or team performance, make those achievements clear.
Because this position specifically requires regulatory and industry credentials, place your RE1, RE5, Wealth Management credits, Class of Business accreditation and CPD status in a clearly visible section of your CV where applicable.
