Key Responsibilities

· Direct the operation of all production plant to meet demand in a safe and cost-effective manner.
· Manage the safe efficient decommissioning and recommissioning of plant
· Direct operating related plant incident accident investigations
· Determine feasibility of technical plan proposals
· Provide specialist advice and a consultation service
· Manage operating priorities
· Manage the training needs
· Manage the operating department’s finances
· Manage human resources activities

Minimum requirements

Qualification(s)
Matric plus 3 in Engineering or Technical

Experience:
7 years’ Operating the production plant experience.
