Duties & Responsibilities
The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll take full ownership of a specialised market, partnering closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and connecting them with top-tier talent.
This is a full 360° role, offering exposure to the entire recruitment lifecycle — from business development and client engagement to candidate sourcing, placement, and account management.

What you’ll be doing:
Developing and growing your client base through consistent business development
Building and maintaining strong, lasting relationships with clients and candidates
Sourcing, screening, and presenting high-quality candidates
Managing the full recruitment process from brief to placement
Negotiating offers and ensuring a smooth, professional experience for all parties
Positioning yourself as a trusted specialist within your market
