Duties & Responsibilities
Customer Service Representative responds to customer enquiries by telephone, e-mail, or chat to provide problem resolution
Resolves routine and basic problems and communicates solutions or requested information to the customer
Handles customer complaints and provides appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follows up to ensure resolution.
Keep records of customer interactions, processes customer accounts and follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Goes the extra mile to assist and engage with customers
Desired Experience & Qualification
Grade 11 or equivalent
Previous experience in Airline Customer service would be most advantageous
Minimum 6-12 months customer service-related experience (cross-industry experience)
Computer skills and proficient internet navigation skills
Display strong Customer Service skills-empathy and patience is key when dealing with different customers Computer literate with the ability to multitask
